Do you remember your first time in a fursuit? I certainly do. So it was my privilege to be there for Sage, when she and her family, and my whole family, went and took our fursuits and walked through the neighborhood to the local park. Preconceptions are usually never what we think, and in this case, we discovered that even in a rough neighborhood, the kids that play at the park are just as happy to gather around and pose for photos and pretend with you. It was a great first experience, and I am sure that Sage, the young, exuberant and talented artists that she is, will be soon delighting many people throughout her community.
