Soft-Cell Shaded Icon Commission for AzureTheLugia over on FurAffinity of the shiny Lugia!

Lugia is among my top favourite Pokemon, right next to Mewtwo, who holds a special place in my heart, ( <3 ,) so I was very excited to get to work on one of these guys! Lugia's design is very pretty, and I love working on Pokemon since they lend a nice balance between toony and realistic, the latter of which I try to give to the pocket monsters that I draw. I like how the red brows are just a splash of colour!
