Result of a YCH Auction that I held on FurAffinity a little bit back, a realistic shaded commission done for Duke-Jarnunvosk of FA, featuring his scalesona, Duke!

This piece was so much fun to work on! I love how his wings turned out, and when Duke asked me to throw something like a galaxy or nebula in the background, I jumped all over that! I love how it looks like he's just almost skimming the treetops, and that the galaxy looks so close that it's a mere few wingbeats away~

I think it also kind of looks like the galaxy is pulling the mist out of the forest, if anyone else can see what I mean. Otherwise I'm just too tired for my own good at the moment.
