Part 1/2 of a commission set for Shartan of DA, this part an icon of the black dragoness, Shartan!

I'm wicked tired from watch today, but it just didn't feel right getting on my computer and not working on a piece. X) I'm really happy with how this one came out! I wanted to add a bit of a background to match the theme with part 2/2 of Shartan's commission, and I think I'll be adding little backgrounds like this to icons from now on. ^^ It adds.
