Soft-Cell Shaded Design-A-Character Commission for someone on FurAffinity of a birb critter!

This guy was a lot of fun to work on! Not too often I get commissioned for avians, especially unique ones like this earthbound design. The huge talons were fun to work on, and the feathers were great feather-lineart practice! Wings are small and not meant to facilitate flight, fyi. And barring any comments, yes, the design was inspired in part by that of Chocobos, per request of the commissioner.
