I am always looking for new ways to present my baked goods, which usually manifests in the form of new and interesting colors. This newest deviation of my staple bread recipe uses a bicolor swirl in a pepperoni and cheese stuffed foccicia roll.
I think next time a lower cooking temperature. Boyfriend insists the "fried" texture is perfect, but I was going for something a little more delicate and fluffy.
