I bought a lovely frame back around Christmas (this was in 2010) and it is long and thin. I just decided to try and do a picture to fit it and this is what I came up with. I could do allot more on this but one thing you have to learn as an artist is when to STOP! This is an anthro Snow Leopard tangled in wild roses. "Snow & Roses", 6 x 22, Acrylic and watercolor colored pencil on Canson board. Prints available.

I love what you did with the long, narrow format! (I myself dig working on surfaces sized like that). Another great example of minimalist palettes and bright "pops" of color that you use in your work.
