Started as a scribble and muscle practice based on watching Fist of the North Star and JoJo's Bizarre Adventure and all their hunkalicious manly men with fabulous features, and wanting to do something with Mega Medicham, which happens to be my favourite Mega evolution. You don't mess around with that power in those punches.
Coloured over the course of two days, finished off with getting rid of solid black lines and making a FABULOUS backdrop... while listening to Rainbow.

Oh my, thank you! I may dip into this kinda finish for a little while and see how it goes.
Yes they did! I remember getting very excited over seeing Mega Ampharos (because it got FABULOUS), Mega Banette and Mega Medicham. Most were done well, some are kinda ehh... but for the most part I'm positive about how they handled that. More in the future, perhaps~? Mega Infernape literally going Super Saiyan, perhaps~?

Elaborating on such designs as Infernape would be hard, IMO - so I take that such obvious path would also be the safest. Lucario is about as complex as Infernape and Mega Lucario ended up... with a truly dreadful design, at least in my eyes.
I am rather looking forward to 4-th gen's cross gen evolutions being equipped with one - their design is overally consistent and simple enough to allow for a great plenty of experiments. Some of them already arrive with long-running complaints regarding their current design, so there is also room for improvement that will be approved by the fandom from the get go.

Awesome stuff - pretty much it bested your previous submissions in terms of detail and final composition.
