Neschume gives the best hugs and many of Delaine's Pokemon tend to tolerate his little squiddle huggies because well he's a baby and they would be better off tolerating it than trying to make him not do it. Because not letting him give them hugs usually results in many, many tears being shed. And that's never a good thing... Neschume can cry, and he cries hard...

And well he's always wanting to hug EVERYTHING anyway because baby... so yeah... Trainers Beware... you might get a cutie little Phione latching onto you and giving you a hug... (Anyone is welcome to draw Neschume hugging their Pokemon or Trainers if they want, I seriously had this idea floating around in my head for awhile now haha)
