It's nice to see you drawing! I think you may want to use some third party Software like GIMP or if you have Photoshop Elements to clean up the scan. This may not be the best artwork but it gives you an idea. http://focusedconsumers.blogspot.com/2011/11/using-gimp-to-turn-scanned-drawing-into.html

This is also similar for taking photographs of your artwork too.

        I commented on your scanning issues because it's hard to comment on the anatomy due to the quality of the scan. I'd fix that first before requesting the latter.
