You probably aren't aware but I'm actually pretty over weight, I keep trying to slim down but apparently the cookie jumps into my mouth when I'm not looking! XD Nah it's mostly portioning and no exercise. Well lots of walking for me soon.
sometimes it's nice to put down how you feel on 'paper'..well screen.

Never be sorry for eating the cookie...............be mad at the calories/sugar that it has in it! ;)
I understand...I gained much weight due to my thyroid issues. I try never to let it bother me...until I have to buy new clothes or I look in a full-length mirror. That's when I feel a bit down about the weight gain. :(
You can do it...walking can be fun and good for you. hugs :)
