You've marked this for critique, right?
Well, here are my two cents:

What you might noticed yourself: The linework is a bit… rushed?
There are multiple places, where the lines make no secret of the fact, that they are done in multiple strokes.
Erasing the overlaps would do a lot, I think.

A Thing that I like is the Eye, it has a certain glow to it.

The circuitry and voice-module(?) is nice too, even when they feel less bright ( which they actually aren't thought ).

Have you planned the lighting? Or did you add highlights just to give it some depth?
It does not hurt the image in any way, I'm just asking out of curiosity.

May I ask what tool you've used?
I'm asking, because it looks like you've filled the silver color with the bucket-tool and maybe I know a way to hide this better.
Unless you want the ~1px white border around the filled areas

I case you've actually read till this point: I like it!
I've a lot to write here but this is just because I see potential in this and just tried to give a somewhat constructive critique

It was a bit rushed, but a lot of my art is like that. I'm trying to find a way to make it look more professional. I'm starting to develop a style where I draw a quick sketch, and trace it on a separate layer for a more finished look.

Also,if you have a better way, besides the paint-bucket tool, please tell me,it would really help me.

and I just adding highlights for depth,it's my first time drawing something metal based.

The second layer will definitely help, after what I know from my own experience.

For the filling, this helps me a lot: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/15843378/ (lower third)
This works for PS & Gimp just fine.

Well, as the background is white, this works in with a more global lighting just fine ^!!^
