Side effects involve doodle dumping

Alrighty! Sorry for the lack of uploads, university life has already proved overwhelming, but i still was able to do some doodles here and there! so

As always left to right, top to bottom, with the exception of saving the far right for last

I think i messed up the Spanish here, the intended message was this
"Oh my god (Puerto Rican Slang) Look at what i found!"
"Hey, haha! which city did you find that?"
"Palmas de Mar"!
"That's cool!"
But right or wrong, aw well ill do better next time
Frequently in the Caribbean drekir tend to migrate to smaller islands that are more hospitable and swim or sail to the larger islands for scavenging. mostly this is because some islands have some really heavy sivilao influence that can be on these islands. Combine that with the natural seaworthiness of the aquatic drekir means its just better to swim off the larger islands and only go to them in limited stints for supplies and scavenged materials.

A Lizardman and a Drek at the farm, wanted to get back to drawing lizardmen and the drek was meant to be a tubby drake, anywho
I have been planning on reworking the stuff about lizardmen in the dragonscape and kinda rethink how the circumstances around them work, ill get a journal up on that soon!

The next two drawings are just warmup drawings, good ol' walkin tropical drek with a nice stick and a coumpound bow toting desert drek

I wanted to draw a wyvern as i hadn't in a while! This one is overlooking a street from at telephone with a weaponized nailgun! Similar pneumatic weapons are often the fastest shooting things in a region thanks to the use of air instead of gunpowder. Also in this case there is a rope wrapped around the drek so it doesn't fall whilst they fly, rather important if you want to shoot something when you land.

And lastly a arctic drek mixing VerdaStal armor and human firepower, which is quite common in the Northeastern US with the mix of influences. The VerdaStal armor is practically immune to any type of attack from conventional projectiles which allows a large shield to put a lot of work in.

And lastly on the far right ya got some new outfit work, because drek anatomy has changed a bit since i last touched on it and wanted to help myself visualize how some stuff will fit on a drek, most of this stuff is intentionally vague and basic. So to go top to bottom skipping the blank reference

Shirts are probably the most commonly made thing and come with a variety of shapes, colors and styles, but generally these shirts have the issue with the drek body going horizontal means the shirt kinda has to stay short or be specially made to reach all the way to the belly. Shirts like this one are sometimes called half shirts

Here is one style of trench coat that has the coat be draped across the back rather than hanging around the shoulders, this is often seen as a better style for practical reasons since it covers the whole back. there is usually a belt at the waist between the chest and a belly to keep the thing from falling off to the side.

Wanted to have fun with a mask, many cults and new religions have masks as an important part of their visual theme. Additionally, some drekir will wear waist and tail cloths as, while it isn't indecent to not wear anything down there, some still see it important to cover up the belly as best they can.

A heavy cloak thats more suited towards cold or wet weather, they don't allow much in the way of dexterity since you have to lift the cloak up to use your arms, and that is bad if there is a lot of snow going on. Im sure some will be made with sleeves though, kinda like those sleeve blanket things

Lastly hats, hats are worn differently on drekir thanks to their flat heads shape, but are still fine since the ears are usually more than enough than to hold the hat up, and since most drekir kinda miss their old human days and human hats its common for hats to be made in a similar style as what they know.
Also piercings are totally a thing as time goes on.

Shaggy out!
