He looks rather bright in the otherworld, in the overworld he is purple and his clothes are a light orange/yellow, the pallet seems reversed in the Otherworld.
He was the city founder, he founded the city and had his most trusted adviser by himself when a few years after the cities construction he was going to be betrayed by his adviser and he knew it but he couldnt do anything about it so he just let things happen and unfortunatly this lead to his adviser letting the humans cross through the cities walls, there black magic mage casted a curse over the city to ensure the humans wouldn't be attacked in the future this curse disabled most forms of magic at the price of two things that human would transfur 80% of his remaining lifeforce energy into an artifact that would be hidden within the city which powered a portal two another world while Varxelo would be banished to this other world and while being in this other world it was able to detect the type of creature and magic and the otherworld absorbs the magical energy from their world making it not possible for others to use magic within the city or the region of land that the city surounds. as part of his banishment spell he will turn into a statue over 5x as tall as he is
We will see him on page 3 (now will be page 4 due to 2a and 2b) Varxelo's curse forces him to defend the artifact within the otherworld that has been absorbing magic for many years, this artifact is a powerful spell book of which he can not touch and waits for the one who will free him from this world so he may bring the magic back to his people. If the book is removed from the otherworld, it will stop absorbing magic and the curse will break entirely
