Prompt #3 on "JAVIERROMAN03" of DeviantArt's "Mermay Challenge" list suggests that I draw kai Lan from Ni Hao, Kai Lan as a mermaid. Well, the first thing I thought of was making one Nick Jr. character look like another. So now I turned Kai Lan into one of the Bubble Guppies. he polka-dot top and tail represent the bikini swimsuit she wore in a couple of episodes on her series.
Speaking of Bubble Guppies, Javier also listed Molly and Gil from that series in his challenge. It's a little further on down the month, so that'll give me time to think of what they'll be doing.
