My "magical girl" Dolly Melissa has just made a new magical girl friend. Her name is Rainbow Vivre.
According to "SherbertStarKitty05" of DeviantArt, who created the character and the base for this art, Rainbow Vivre is the magical form of a girl named Vallea Glyssen. She becomes Rainbow via a special special necklace she wears...like something out of Sailor Moon. I'm not sure what her powers are, bit I'm told the artist made a fanfic out of her. Meanwhile, my Dolly has a magical power all her own: to make whatever she imagines come true. I'll bet Rainbow would love to have that particular power, if she doesn't have it already.
