RoboJones was built by a special security force that was founded when their town's only superhero retired due to its arch nemesis quitting to find a hobby. He was built specifically to be a last resort for whenever confrontation to the criminal(s) end in failure, however, when attempting to stop a drug dealing group, Jones had a programming error that almost killed some of its crew members. He was later scrapped and replaced by a higher quality version, but was later found by a young woman who had studied engineering and fixed Jones, who seeks revenge on the force he trusted and vows one day to bring them down for their foolish actions, and for replacing him, of course.
