Demon Ideas : Sloth and Apathy / Despair (critique requested)

TheMysteriousL

Workin' at worldbuilding, decided to post these two.

This is Gabe, and a yet as unnamed rabbit, two rather powerful demons in the world I'm making up.

Gabe is the demon of Sloth. If he's not seeking out those who are lounging about on the job, he's gaining other's trust by pretending that he's in distress. However, it's just a way to start spreading sleep inducing spores from his fur and lull his victims to sleep, trapping them in their own dreams until they can overcome any particular tribulations he can think up. (It's a little game to him really)

Now, unlike some demons, he does keep his word when they do succeed, but his way of forcing people asleep in the middle of, say, flying a ship or out in the open in the middle of the night, or cooking, it makes things...problematic.

Because if you die either inside or outside of your dreams, well...hopping from dreamspace to dreamspace can make a little guy hungry. And to be fair, you ARE trespassing in his realm. What's one more missing soul?

(But, to be fair, if he does try to eat your soul and you put up enough of a fight, he'll declare you "too spicy" and force you awake. Or leave you drifting in the dream world for all eternity if you've already died so...best get to fighting!)

Now for the rabbit, she's the Demon of Apathy and Despair. She doesn't really talk much, it's unknown if she can see, and uses shadows and illusions to get around. She probably has the power to walk or fly on her own, but she either doesn't care to try, or doesn't know she can, instead opting for others (Such as Gabe) to do her work for her as she lounges in her manor in her nigh impossible to reach realm.

But woe befall you if you do manage to get past her defenses, thinking she's an easy target. Even with her Tendrils, shadow army or Psy Palms, she's more likely to savage you with a psychological assault, if not all out dragging you into a pocket dimension where she breaks her victims down mentally, forcing them to fall deep into despair. She'll then store them there for a later snack, draining their blood until the brink of death, before shoving them back in, or use them as fertilizer for her rather expansive magical plant collection.

On the bright side, she'll generally leave you alone as long as you don't bother her. And she doesn't generally leave her manor unless she has to, so it's hard to cross her path.

Note, that doesn't mean you should try to talk to her, she can be rather fickle.

Lets see, what else....

Though they are both powerful demons, they can still be killed.
Gabe is the weaker of the two and easier to kill, or at least tucker out.

The of them enjoy working with each other, and Gabe will stay at her place while his body is asleep for safety.

Gabe seems to be the only person Rabbit Girl won't backhand insult when she speaks. And he in turn will tell her about all his dream adventures.

If Gabe starts to lose a battle, and is too weak to force an attacker out, he'll start crying loudly. The shock from Rabbit Girl crashing into the dream so hard and fast generally wakes people up pretty quickly.
