You know, in retrospect I didn't even name these guys in the last picture, I should rectify that.

Okay, first you have Louis the Lion, and on his back, you have D'Arty (D'artigan), A kind of a Art..pixie. Least that's the best way I can describe him. With that Giant Pencil he has, he can sketch stuff to life, so that's pretty neat. Their names were based on the name of the state (Louisiana) and because you could shorten D'artagain to D'arty.

Second, You've got Dixie Jay. She's a Siren that gave up luring ships to their doom and became a DJ.She could use music to attack, and could summon ethereal floating Vinyl records. She was also the only one allowed to drive the car they had. Her name was solely based on the fact that you could shorten it to DJ..Yeah.

Third, there's Maggie (Magnolia), A Cat Girl who, while she wasn't playing videogames, was monitoring any Magical events or Monster attacks that were happening in the city they lived in (It was this alt. universe New Orleans that happened to be a hub for multi-dimentional travel. It was pretty weird.) She mostly used Steam powered robotics to attack stuff, but also had..cat..powers. Her name was based on Louisiana's State Flower, the Magnolia

Lastly, there's Barry, a rather hapless telekinetic that they accidentally hit with their jeep...from off a building. Maggie managed to put him back together (with..one particular addition.), and he helped out with making shields and such. His name was based on Louisiana's State Mammal, the Black Bear.

Each Convention was going to have a comic in the back of each brochure thing, and it was going to be ongoing and done by different local artists, and I was going to help with the storyline.

And then the Convention was canceled. Le sigh.

Ah well. There's always other conventions.
