Reference sheet requested as a commission by Disable featuring Chai the Minccino.

Chai is a young gal who tends to get into trouble. She was a wanted outlaw for a chunk of her life before she was eventually caught by the law. It wasn't really long before Disable came across her in a battle. She had lost to the Rai but had swayed him into recruiting the minccino. Disable would give some insight and positivity, but it will always remain a ploy to her. If it weren't for the Raichu, she'd be in a much worse situation. Who knows maybe she's already made the worse future.

She'll be waiting for that desperate moment to betray Disable's trust and lead him to his untimely demise. It could also be possible for him to befell a fate that could be worse than death.

Her shackle around her neck serves as a reminder that she is a Pokemon not to be trifled with. It is locked around her neck and will never cease from her. Don't try to underestimate her. To this day she will still perform criminal action under Disable's nose. She will occasionally clean off the shackle from time to time with her tail just to give it polish.
