Sorry folks, you won’t your frog prince or mustachioed plumbers wearing green amphibious suits here. Why not try the other seven lily pads over there? Ahem yes, before I dig myself into some good ol’-fashioned copyright infringement holes over here, allow me to present to you some delightful greenery known as water lilies (in the Nymphaeaceae family for you biology enthusiasts out there). But seriously, who even calls them water lilies anyhow. Lily pads sound so much more… I don’t know, traditionally “froggyish”. Well, the local botanical gardens in my little college town are quite the sight to see. I’ve become quite accustomed to the place now that practically all my outdoor lectures have had some sort of field trip over there. It’s a great place to go and the pictures are always worth taking.
