Bio: Dwight was an exceptionally athletic child. Until his junior year in high school, almost everyone, including himself, was convinced that he was bound for a professional football career. His plans shifted abruptly when he took a course in illustration to fulfill his graduation requirements. He proved to be quite the artist, and he enjoyed it so much that he actually quit the football team, although he continued to work out and maintain his physique.

While he was in college, the biological weapon attack known as the Chicago Incident occurred. Although his campus was outside of the area of effect, the panic generated led to poor safety practice, and while sketching meteorites in the geology building, Dwight was caught in a gas explosion, showering him with numerous fragments of extraterrestrial rock.

While he was recovering in the hospital, doctors were unable to recover any of the meteorite fragments, which had apparently dissolved into his bloodstream. They also noticed numerous changes in his physiology. He was able to overhear conversations held several rooms down, and surgical equipment began breaking on his skin. And, while most patients lose weight on a hospital diet, Dwight gained weight, almost all of it in muscle mass.

He was encouraged to register with the BOS, and quickly discovered he had additional powers in the form of invulnerability and flight. Some of his fellow candidates mocked him for his relatively low intelligence, calling him a "flying brick in body and mind". To their surprise, he thought it was a rather appropriate name: he had the powers associated with the "flying brick" class, and his fur had a peculiar reddish coloration uncommon in beavers. He actually adopted it as his code name.

Personality: Though not particularly bright, Dwight takes his duties to heart, and if he makes a mistake, he always makes reparations quickly. He's a bit of a heartthrob, and he knows it, but he also realizes that romantic relationships involving superheroes can get extremely messy, so he's relatively slow to pursue objects of his affection. He's optimistic, and loves to have fun with his fellow agents - even if it winds up being a practical joke at his expense!
