*Quills: The hair on his head and back naturally grow sharp and strong enough to be used as improvised throwing darts
*Chemistry: 9T9 is smart enough to make somafoam, various chemical weaponry, and dirty bombs

Bio: Taylor was raised by the worst of what the sixties had to offer, learning all of their hatred for "the man" and none of the idealism that marked the period. He readily latched onto the Tea Party and Occupy movements, but gave them his own, terrible twist. To him, the entrenched political and economic elite were cancers to be removed, at all cost. After a freak accident involving a meteorite, a crop circle, hash brownies, and a Ouija board, Taylor gained the ability to teleport, and kicked his plans into high gear. He currently has his sights set on several of Colmaton's rich and famous, including the Mintrayal family and Timothy Bordick.
Personality: An arrogant antiestablishmentarianist, convinced that he is doing what is right, but what nobody else has the courage to do. He typically will refuse to fight his "fellow vigilantes," but is more than willing to battle and humiliate members of the "bloated superhuman bureaucracy."
