Powers/Abilities: Miss Fortune is able to change between her civilian form and her superheroine form. Her clothes change with her, and she also gets a fluffier tail, longer hair, and two more cup sizes. Her main power, however, is probability manipulation. She mentally ranks it from +4 charms (A miracle, like surviving a high-caliber bullet to the chest) to -4 jinxes (A calamity, like having a heart attack or stroke with no pre-existing health conditions). She is also learning tae kwon do.
-Kitsune Constitution: Though she's not invulnerable to it, Miss Fortune is significantly less affected by alcohol and other intoxicants, requiring roughly five times as much before she starts to experience negative effects. This does not apply to somafoam, however - she will be knocked out as quickly as any other woman.

Strengths:
-Intelligence: Far from being a ditz, she is extremely smart, capable of working out complex electronics relatively quickly, and she is fluent in Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, and French
-Lucky: She seems to constantly, inadvertently utilize her powers to protect her identity
-Connections: Even as Helen, mentioning the words "Mintrayal" can open lots of doors, or alternatively, close them.

Weaknesses:
-Exhaustion: Her powers, besides her disguising abilities, are inaccessible for 24 hours after using a full-power charm or jinx.
-Incomplete control: Miss Fortune can never fully predict the outcome of her powers, only that they will be beneficial or detrimental to the target, and the intensity. She also inadvertently casts +1 charms on people she likes, or -1 jinxes on people who irritate her.
-Attraction: Helen has a thing for big, strong guys, like Tungsten or Aries
-Inexperienced: She doesn't have very many hours logged as an on-duty superheroine.
-Tentacles: Thanks to a near-death experience, Miss Fortune has a nearly overwhelming fear of anything with tentacles

Bio:
Helen was born in Chile to Thomas Mintrayal II and Ingrid DeVarres Mintrayal, but moved to Colmaton at a young age, mainly to expand the Mintrayal electronics business to a wider markets. On her thirteenth birthday, she had a strange dream, in which she was surrounded by four spirits: An Aesop-type red fox from France, a Native-American grey fox spirit, a totemic culpeo fox from Chile, and a thousand-tailed kitsune. They told her that they were the guardian spirits of her grandparents, and that after she was born, they had decided amongst each other to imbue her with a fraction of their power. When she awoke, she found herself in her super form. She rapidly learned to switch back and forth, and to meditate to contact the trickster spirits. At first, she kept her new powers a secret, but her parents figured it out when she walked away from a massive car collision in 2010. After coming clean to them, they encouraged her to register with the B.O.S., while at the same time requesting Lady Liberty to use her magic lasso to ensure that neither of them would ever reveal her identity.

Personality: Normally level headed, but she can get mischevious around people that she doesn't like, or men that she gets a crush on. She hates being harrassed, and nothing sets her off faster than being accused of being a slut, a ditz, or a bimbo. She also tends to fall for gentle giant-type men. She's also notable for being quite the multilingual potty-mouth, frequently spewing insults and expletives in Japanese and Spanish
