A commission!
Acrylic painting on wood board which I have documented terribly.
But the original is being mailed off tomorrow to the buyer (a very good lad named Izisio on FA), so he’ll get to see the piece in its intended glory ah haha
I do have one 12"x16" in wood board currently that begs to be painted on! Depending on what you'd want though, the starting price for a painting that size and support would start at 600$ USD. Unfortunately, my traditional paintings are time consuming and so they are quite expensive ; A;
But if that's within your budget, don't hesitate to send me a note!!
I have to think it over. I spent as much for my fiancé's gift, but it was larger, also a full acrylic painting and I knew the artist from previous, smaller commissions. I am hesitant to spend as much on an artist I don't know, yet. No offense! But it's just like that: if you don't work & communicate well together in the end neither of the two sides will be satisfied. And that's a little too pricey for me if I can't be sure.
no offense taken! Being a commissioner myself, I certainly understand :> And I'm well aware that my prices can be pretty steep, especially in the realm of tradition/real media.
Never the less, if you ever find yourself in want of an illustration, sketch, or what have you, and are feeling particularly brave, don't hesitate to hit me up! :D This is my full time job. I provide quick responses, always give an ETA as to when a client can expect to have their image completed and into their hands (which I always hit on time, give or take 24 hours at most) and offer sketches for approval as well as WIPs for anything more extensive than a speed painting!
At the moment though, my commissions are booked all the way into May! The line-up for my commissions are always quite lengthy @____@ (not that I'm complaining! I certainly love the steady work!!)

this is utterly amazing! I love to see some detailed and well executed traditional art! Very stunning with beautiful facial expressions and well blended colours.
