This was done a bit ago, a personal doodle of an old character of mine, a Fey'dragon from www.shadowlack.com. Her name is Femp Gala. Her first name actually means wind though her last name was just me fooling around with wind related words. (If i remember correctly, i was fooling around with "gale" and liked that last name at the time.

So yes. anyways. Personal doodle that happened some time ago that has been sitting on my drop box.
