Set of 4 real cow horns carved using a dremmel. An ink wash was applied to make the carvings pop.
These are art pieces, and have not been treated to hold liquids or drink from.

Unlike his technique of painting, however, I do something a little different; I paint the horn where the carving is with ink and let it dry, then I rub the surface with sandpaper. This scrapes off the ink on the surface, but leaves the carved parts untouched.

Would you describe the general process you follow to make these carvings?
