The body is a little big, so here is the head for now. Once he reaches his new owner I should be able to get some nice full body pictures.

Horns are rigid expanding foam coated with a new product I have been experimenting with called Epsilon, it is a new Smooth-on product designed to coat foam. A screw is attached to the base of the horns so they can be removed.

Hair is fully wefted kanekalon hair. Here is a video of the wefting process: http://youtu.be/5I6WDBZxM6c

Adding the hair took about 1 hour.
