Wait what ? you have to be kidding me ! That's stupid , they might as well just update things and give us new code and crap instead of this ... thing they call a site, while their down. /flips things

Dragoneer's too much of a control freak for this to ever happen. The site has had competent coders try to help over the years only to get scared off/kicked out because no one in the upper echelon has any idea what they're doing, nor any respect for their coworkers. Occasional they'll try to distract from this problem by just slapping more admins in, which makes it worse if anything. They're more interested in running a clique than a website.

To post a banner on FA, when you post it in your submissions, make sure you have a link to the proper size for the banner in the comments) 119 by 150.. I think.. it may be 120x 500 ), as well as put FA /Furaffinity banner in the Keywords. Usually after doing this, you can post a link to the submission on either Dragoneers shouts, or Sciggles. If you are not comfortable posting your own banner you can ask a friend.
The info above is based on how the past 'winners' of the banner's being used went about submitting theirs, when asked for specifics. ( Because I am weird and have asked, since I considered doing a banner at one point XD )
