This is just a little alternate universe sillyness. In the same vein as the quad/tracked taur form. I would assume that for such a form it is possible to swap or upgrade the mechanical parts and integrate new ones.

Specially with this particular doctor, who always seems interested in new and more cool options for a certain robotic limbed dragon, it would be a massive challenge but also very cool to upgrade a wheeled/tracked taur to something more versatile.

Now they just need to figure out a way to make it less noisy...
