I spotted a rather shiny-covered table at EF22 that belonged to an artist named Hiro, and next to the 80's themed badges (badge will be scanned at a later date and uploaded) he also did a lot of goo-like and rubber/inflatable art.
So I was wondering... What might be the cause that allowed Black Chocobos to fly and traverse water so easily? Well, perhaps because there's a lot less weight to lug around?
Changing consistency is a tricky thing to do, but with enough practice, trial and error, it's possible to get a shiny and rubbery look... and becoming 'hollow' is pretty easy for a liquidshifter. So here it is, a living inflatable rubbery chocobo-taur. Just as big as the real deal, but probably a lot lighter and prone to making interesting noises when wet.
Just the thing to watch the kids in the pool while the weather turns warmer.
