My first song of the new year. Writing the lyrics was the most painful part of this one and I'm still not all that taken with them. I do like the music, though. Uses a couple of different time signatures while still remaining possible for me to play.

Recording was done on a TASCAM TSR-8 for the vocals, bass and reverse cymbals. These were then dubbed onto an Otari MX80 2" 24-track recorder. Mixing was done to 1/4"tape using a Studer A807. One razor edit was made - thank goodness for that gap in the middle.

Then the assassin took out a small hand-gun
He aimed for the head of the man on his back
The hero rolled over and seized the revolver
And throttled the villain until he went slack
He took the assassin and sent him to prison
