A toon redesign I've doodled some concepts for. I had a transformation-capable toon named Hydro that was meant to be a best bud for Raiden. I had a better thought to turn him into a tanuki instead, named Tanner, since he can still have shape-shifting ability and look a bit more natura than what I originally had. Definitely would aid in Raiden's mischief and have fun together. He transforms through his own magical abilities being focused with his transformation leaf on his forehead.
