The image reads very clearly from far away - it instantly caught my eye the moment I saw it on the front page (then again, I really am immediately drawn to non-anthro wildlife here in any case ^^). I feel that it displays enough detail in the right areas. I would suggest the grey might benefit from a bluer hue, but this image still allows for this species to be identified through sheer pattern alone.

Thank you! And also for the advice. I recently ran into a similar bit of advice about building the plumage color rather than choosing the most similar colored pencil. I'll be sure to put some blue in the next Yellow-rump I draw.
