Long story short, both girls are nearly mad scientists just working for opposing sides. Rougia works for the rebellion and Willow works for the Citadel. Both devising monsters and contraptions to help further their sides goal. These two will have outfits and I'll flesh out the details later but Willow for example will breed and create monsters she'll be able to control like an avatar, using them to capture and drain prey before returning them to one of the many heavily guarded facilities where prey are detained and continuously milked of their life force forever! Rougia will try her best to aid the rebellion in freeing and defeating the evil of the Citadel while also day dreaming about making out with a certain lab rabbit. Mini comics to follow, after I get other obligations addressed!
