Hey all! I am super excited to finally get to post this. I've been wanting to do a werewolf piece for a long time and finally got a little extra time in the evenings to start one! I really wanted to depict the species of wolf that used to roam the Appalachian mountains here. The red wolf. They have such rich colors and it's really a shame they have been drove out so much but there has been some good news that the reintroduction of Elk in the area has drawn in a very small pack. It's sort of rumor for now but I truly hope it's true.

I had a ton of fun with this piece and got to try out a new brush pack! If any of you haven't tried out the Kyle Webster brushes, I highly recommend them. They are some of the most natural feeling brushes I've ever worked with! The mega pack is $14 I believe but it is worth that and more for what these brushes are capable of. They just have the best texturing. :)

This is a little pack meeting in the river to collect resources by means of fishing and taking the chance to wash some hides that will most likely be used for clothing or bedding.
