why is she alone? what is with everyone hunting and keeping away from her?

Story is by the client, if I remember correctly this was a being of the enchanted forest, but it got corrupt and now the animals fear this being. It has been a while since I drew this (I always release commissioned artwork with a delay of at least half a year) and my memory is really bad.
