Josh's attacker is revealed as Rover, the leader of the robo penguins. Rover is dissapointed because Surge isn't there. Surge immediately shows up and Rover fires heat seeking missiles from his forearms at them. However, another chara saves them by creating a strong heat signature to draw the missiles away.
