Played a lot of Splatoon 3 so why not make my own neo agent 3

They come from a clan who commonly works with Salmonoids. The inklings and octolings commonly develop bioluminescence to sooth and coordinate with their chaotic neighbors. The ink can glow too if wanted.

Izu is partially fuzzy due to prolonged, but small exposure to the ooze. They foster lost salmonoids. Little Buddy is far from the first. Fully grown ones raised by him mimic his cheek spots.
