I wanted to draw some Saren. So here is about a 1.5 hour speedpaint of the man with the plan.

I also used it as an excuse to play with color, nothing planned here, just threw it down all over the place, no real concern for making it go together or anything, just mish-mashing and seeing what sticks. I think the end result is reasonably aesthetically pleasing, though more care in the future could turn out even better. Basically I don't want to have to rely on just laying down local color instead of perceived color. Or even just ignoring the normal color altogether and trying to get the impression of the color. Practice practice practice!
