They always wiggle after being swallowed. Even the willing ones. (Especially the willing ones.) Sometimes they are struggling to escape. Sometimes they are doing other things in there.

Callie the cheetah is Beachcomber the otter's girlfriend. (He's the "Not a penis" guy). They both hang out on Jeff's stretch of beach, the famous "respawning" beach. That's why it is no big deal that Beachcomber eats her from time to time. Jeff's never eaten her but she'd be up for it.

Jeff went to Cal State Long Beach on an athletic scholarship. Among other things, he was the goalie for the water polo team. (Go figure.) He wasn't very successful hitting on college girls so he started going to the beach, and the rest is history.
