I'm updating this piece one by one as I draw the phases of her transformation. This is her human form and the early-ish stages of her transformation.

To be honest it's mainly because I thought it would be fun to draw. But if I wanted an in-universe explanation, then yes, she'd likely have plenty of internal shifting going on to cause a bit of bleeding (could be the teeth, could be the jaw or any number of things). Though it would likely stop soon enough due to her healing factor and her body catching up to the shifting.-
"I thought it would be fun to draw" That's the best explanation for anything! :D Thank you for the in-universe answer too, though; that's given me a lot of food for thought. I play a few werewolf characters myself and I'm always unsure on if/when there should or shouldn't be blood or ichor or general goo; so many settings have different ideas on the matter that it helps to get the opinions of others.
I'm really looking forward to seeing the rest of this piece; like I'd said before (when I managed to misspell 'though,' good grief) I really love that in-between art.
