Chapter 1 the past

When i woke up i was inside my grandma's house where my mother was raised. I had slept in a cradle and now taken to the floor to play.

I had for some reason had grown into a toddler in a day. strange that it was. this must be a dream. Now i'm just a babyfur, playing with a acorn shape rattle and a ball in shape of a walnut. I feels good to be young again though.

A pair of yellow eyes watched me. It came closer behind and looked at me. It was a sand lizard with grey and brown markings on his back to his tail. lizards are not good with youngsters but this lizard was different. He was the pet of the family and is a good guardian for me. He sat and watched me when i sleep and even plays with me. but for now i don't feel like playing as I was worried that something bad was going to happen.
