Unlike any decent creature, oceanic slaughterdragons can digest all types of plastic, and actually find it delicious, though it's also extremely fattening for them.
So when Makara caught the scent of a garbage barge en route to illegally dump its unwanted cargo in open waters... well, let's just say she won't be going hungry (or going anywhere, in fact) for a while.

At the rate we're going? Not nearly. Besides, we've got freaking SEMIMOUNTAINS of buried garbage in some landfills. That's a lot of junk to eat!
Also, I gotta say, I really love the concept of creatures who can eat garbage. It's gross, but it's such a nice thing! Living garbage disposal!
...Though what would THEIR "garbage" be? Would it be worse than what we have? Hmmm....

Well, I didn't say she'd necessarily be HAPPY about doing it...
Eating garbage isn't really this species' main thing, it's more an extra feature I tacked onto them. They're basically meant to be ultimate sea monsters, and given all the plastic that gets dumped into the ocean, I thought it'd be interesting if they were the only species that could actually eat and digest it. Like I mentioned above, though, it's their equivalent of ridiculously fattening junk food.
They don't actually produce any trash of their own because they don't have a civilisation (and can also eat pretty much anything, so there's nothing they'd really discard).

She'd love eating all the garbage, just be incredibly embarrassed afterwards at how fat she'd end up.
I have honestly never considered their poop in any capacity, but you'd probably die if you touched it.

Oh, I'm sure she'll end up liking it, as long as it doesn't negatively affect her health.
