Cockpit was a pizza parlor mascot, who was shelved and later removed due to pilots just not selling as well as more relatable mascots. Cockpit was sold, and bought by a collector who repurposed him into a personal pleasure robot, programming Cockpit to make sweet love and keep someone company as a partner. Cockpit, however, still would belt out pilot monologues and tales of the air when in the zone, and that just didn't cut it for his buyer, who later sold him off again where he was re-repurposed back into a pizza parlor mascot, though never put back into service.

He is able to freely function and think and act for himself despite his programming, and often times finds himself dropping pickup at inappropriate times, eating gratuitous amounts of pizza, and singing songs.
