Felt like throwing these up here for those curious about what I've been up to, also more glimpses into my process (why would you want that?!).

I've found that doing warm-up sketches with any regularity helps me immensely in the final stages of a piece, so I'm getting into the habit of it. Also, I've taken to doing character studies beforehand as well to get a better feel for the nuances of the subject; it's extremely helpful and makes the final rendering much easier and more natural. This is also a convenient alibi for drawing more Asura. I have no explanation why the top page was done on graph paper.

These are for psychoseby's trade I'm doing of her necromancer. For her half she's doing my Asura elementalist Hena. From what I've seen of the sketch so far, I can't wait to see it finished.

Will be scrapped in a few days, when I have the piece completed.
