An ACEO gift for a friend NeoGeen, a biomechanical interpretation of Neo! I thought their design lent itself perfectly to such a look, and overall vaguely reminds me of the god Ra. I love inking tiny details on tiny art like this and I can’t get over how much I love this character design.
