A flat color commission done for the very well known of his character, Phantom.

Phantom has always struck me as a show-off in many ways. He seems to have that cockiness attitude about him, but I think there may be other reasons for his fans to like him. Upskirt fan service, anyone? XD

So many details. Yet I had fun with this! :D Hey, I got to draw a Phantom, and that's all that matters. :) I have Street Fighter's Chun-Li to thank for the pose in question. Thus, I want to add the upskirt portion to this piece. =P Hey, what is a fighter to do in situations when fighting off enemies? The last thing on your mind is to have a bit of decency. XD
