Yes, its a hat, scarf, and pockets at the bottom of the scarf for your hands. They are large enough to carry a moderate size smart phone to.

Nice toasty Roothhood. It was so fun wearing this around Starfest, when I wasn't wearing "the Real Rooth" that is ;)
This is amazing quality fabric and a really unique furry accessory. The fabric print quality on the inside lining is unreal. I highly recommend one of these to anyone!
