Nope is a Northrop F-5E Tiger II :D

If anyone here has seen the movie Top Gun, then you might recognize this aircraft. While in the movie, they are refereed to as "Mig-28s", they are in fact painted up Northrop F-5s used by the aggressor squadrons along with the Douglas A-4 Skyhawks seen in the film. The Mig-28 is a completely fictional airplane, as Migs are generally odd numbers (the exception being the experimental Mig-8, but this was not a fighter, hence the even number)

Ok end of nerding out there about planes lol, I've always liked the lines on the F-5, its probably my favorite jet fighter out there. Small, light weight, great performance, and easy to maintain. If Shinden were to have a supersonic jet aircraft, it would be this.
